Compensation & Benefits: $22 to $31 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Flexible schedule to support a healthy work-life balance Responsibilities: Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each elementary student's needs and learning objectives Provide instruction in English, STEM, and Special Education subjects, including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies Support elementary students with diverse learning needs, including ASD Use engaging, age-appropriate teaching strategies and materials Monitor and track student progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance Requirements: Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education preferred At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience in English, Math, and Special Education (ASD support) at the elementary level Strong knowledge of current educational principles, teaching techniques, and curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of elementary students Passion for helping young learners achieve academic success Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to students' homes for one-on-one, in-person tutoring EEOC Statement: Krsnadasa Inc.
