Special Education Teacher Key Responsibilities: Lesson Plan Development: Create effective lesson plans that include accommodations and consultation with general education teacher as needed. Plans should accommodate various student levels, include procedures for assessing knowledge, outline the content standards addressed, and specify the curriculum used. Adapt the general education curriculum according to needs outlined in the IEP. Supervision of Paraprofessionals: Oversee and direct paraprofessionals assigned to the classroom. While Program Supervisors and Site Administrators will assist in supervision, it is the teacher's primary responsibility in the classroom. Implementation of PBIS Program: Manage the classroom's Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) program, including tracking behavior points, maintaining the student store, and communicating with parents/guardians. Classroom Management: Maintain a classroom environment that prioritizes student engagement and safety, implementing the behavior plan, modifying state-adopted curriculum, and employing strategies to effectively teach students with various disabilities. IEP Meetings and Documentation: Attend IEP meetings for students assigned to the classroom. Write updates for each student's annual IEP in coordination with the state standards, school district expectations, and enter all IEP updates (Present Levels, BIP, ITP, and Goals) into the dedicated IEP documentation system prior to the meetings. Maintain documentation on IEP goals, student academic and social growth, prepare progress reports. Ensure documentation is accessible and provided upon request in a timely manner. Ensure confidentiality of records according to district and FERPA regulations. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff and outside agencies to effectively educate each student. Assistive Technology: Support implementation and use of assistive technology including, but not limited to, augmentative communication devices. Instructional Planning: Plan instruction and design learning experiences based on data. Conduct summative assessments with each student in accordance with IEP goal reporting timelines. Administer, transfer, and interpret educational assessment data for supporting educational decision making and goal development. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities as directed by the district including teacher and all staff trainings. Special Education Teacher Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Valid IL LBS PEL from ISBE. Experience: Teaching experience with students with a variety of learning, emotional, or cognitive disabilities. Background Check: Department of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance). Overview We are seeking a Well Intervention Specialist in to join Unconventional Resources Completion Engineering Division (URCED) under the Unconventional Resources Completion Operations Department URCOD. The URCED responsible for providing required completion engineering support for unconventional fields, the support includes multistage hydraulic fracture design, execution and evaluation, well completion design, in addition to day-to-day engineering and operations support for field rig less activities. The well intervention specialist primary role is to provide required support for rigless well intervention operations (wireline, slickline, coiled tubing and snubbing) including but not limited to plug and perf frac operations, post frac wellbore coiled tubing cleanout, through tubing fishing and milling operations, in addition to evaluation and deployment of new technologies related to well intervention operation. The intervention specialist will be also in charge of site visit and attendance of critical operation when needed. Key Responsibilities: As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: Responsible for planning the well intervention activities and for the review and validation when completed, and for providing solution for wells with integrity issues with support of well completion specialist. Responsible for routine well Intervention, well diagnostics and proficient in downhole remediation practices and capable for preparing field operational procedures. Responsible for well and field completion performance and integrity modeling using industry recognized software. Ensure departmental compliance with mandated regulations and standards through constant monitoring and support for ongoing and future operations and make sure well barriers requirements are maintained in all types of intervention. Run all types intervention operations required in unconventional wells: Completion design, Tubing movements, Coiled tubing, Wireline, slick line, Hydraulic fracturing, flow back and capable of issuing a complete detailed program for each type of operation. Familiar with wellhead and downhole completion design, optimization, and troubleshooting. Capable for providing solutions to enhance well intervention operation, cost and safety. Conduct an investigation when issues occur and finalize root cause analysis. Lead special projects and studies such as new technology trial test and participate. in the company engineering standard review and the development of young professionals Minimum requirements As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Petroleum engineering from a recognized and approved program. You will have 10-15 years' experience in rigless well intervention operations that includes design, planning and execution of wireline, slickline and coiled tubing operation in critical sour gas and preferably unconventional operational environment. Experience in unconventional resources or Hight pressure & High Temperature (HPHT), tight gas & oil well with a very good understanding of well intervention and stimulation operation and its impact on well completion. Extensive knowledge of industry regulations, safety practices and standards related to surface and downhole equipment selection. Provides timely performance feedback to students. * Collaborates with other members of the staff in reviewing and analyzing performance data and planning instructional goals and strategies to meet the learning needs of all students. * Demonstrates competence in the application of differentiated instruction, mastery learning, and in designing meaningful student learning activities. * Is available to students and parents for education-related purposes outside the regular work day when requested to do so under reasonable terms. * Communicates effectively, appropriately, and in a timely manner with parents, students, staff members and administrators. * Works cooperatively and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administrators. * Assists other teachers in learning best practice through modeling and teamwork. * Attends and participates in faculty, grade level, department, and other school district meetings. * Maintains accurate, complete, and correct electronic records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulation. * Assists in the selection of books, equipment, and other instructional materials. * Accepts and shares team/committee leadership responsibilities and supports team recommendations and decisions. * Adheres to the standards, dispositions, knowledge, and performances developed by the Indiana Professional Standards Board pertaining to the areas of certification. * Demonstrates continuous professional growth through a program of collaboration, independent study, and/or advanced course work at institutions of higher learning. * Participates in and supports student achievement improvement initiatives. * Contributes to the School Improvement and Accountability Plan. * Completes required reports or electronic information/data entry in a timely manner (e.g., assessments, report cards, grades, attendance, progress reports, etc.). * Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials and facilities. * Maintains punctuality by arriving at school each day by the appointed time. * Demonstrates professionalism in conduct, speech, and dress. * Completes other tasks as assigned by the superintendent or principal. Teachers with Instructional Assistants In conjunction with the Instructional Assistant, the teacher(s) with whom the Instructional Assistant works, will develop a schedule describing the type of educationally-related activities in which the Instructional Assistant will engage and the duration of the activities.
