Job Details
This position is not eligible for remote work and will work on site. This is a year-round teaching position and is not seasonal.
This Job Opening recruits for multiple vacancies, so schedules may vary significantly based on the particular vacancy. Specifics can be discussed at time of interview. The most common schedule is Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM. This position is FLSA Exempt.

Essential Functions:

Will coordinate and work closely with Practice Coordinator, relevant social service and behavioral health programs of Wellness Pointe. Will also include reaching out to other relevant programs, to include faith-based programs, within the region to assist in identifying appropriate PADRE candidates
Will work closely with the patients in an effort to keep them engaged in the medical system during pregnancy and facilitate referral to substance abuse treatment services as warranted
Position will communicate with staff any concerns or issues needing immediate attention
Assists senior staff in developing new program components, and other related duties
Carries out other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Requires minimum of Associate's Degree in a behavioral health field of study; or 2 years case management experience in a behavioral health field; or Qualified Credentialed Counselor (QCC) prefer Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC);or LCDC-Intern; or LPC-Associate; or Certified Criminal Justice Addiction Professionals-Applicant (CCJP-A)
Knowledge of available prenatal care systems and postpartum services
