At the end of the day knowing I made a difference in a student’s day to learn more and see their smile on their face.

Cons of working at Special School District of St. Louis County

Different Sets of rules for employees depending on who your supervisor is in your department. I feel this is not fair. We work for the same employer and all rules should apply regarding PTO and vacation time. Some must clock in the mornings and end of days. Some some clock in and out for lunch yet not fair if some is late do to traffic or weather you must use your PTO time instead of using part of your paid break or staying over to make up time.
