Position Summary The Right of Way Agent is responsible for learning and performing all functions related to the acquisition and management of utility right of way. Comprehensive training is provided. Key Responsibilities Research and identify land and property ownership using public records and county databases. Additional information * Recruitment Incentive: Applicants may be eligible for a $40,000 recruitment incentive in accordance with regulatory requirements. Complete initial and ongoing training for PBS-CR and monitor the completion of initial and on-going training for department staff. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US.
