Position Description: We are searching for a full-time in office Loan Servicing Specialist to work in our Amarillo, Texas location. Monitors, coordinates, and processes Credit Servicing Actions (CSAs) and other post-closing servicing requests throughout the life of the loan. Ensures accurate documentation, compliance with FCA regulations, and adherence to internal Association policies and controls. Provides support to borrowers, loan officers, and internal departments to ensure servicing actions are completed timely, accurately, and in compliance with established standards. Day-to Day-Duties and Responsibilities: Credit Servicing Actions Processing: Reviews, inputs, and completes credit servicing actions (e.g., name/entity changes, collateral releases, re-amortizations, extensions, partial releases, covenant monitoring). Ensures all actions are documented and approved per policy and procedure. Document Review: Collects, organizes, and reviews post-close loan documents for completeness and accuracy. Ensures legal and collateral documentation is in place before updating loan records. Record Maintenance: Establishes and maintains accurate loan servicing files in accordance with Association retention policies, naming conventions, and regulatory standards.
