Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary. Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter. Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehicle make/model. Able to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service. Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline. Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions. Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly. Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles. Frequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication) Able to work for extended periods of time with arms above your head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk. Constantly positions self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath the vehicle. Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Position Locations: Phoenix, AZ Tampa, FL St. Louis, MO Plano, TX Essential Duties: - Perform complex data and document validation. - Troubleshoot third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.). - Handle more complex calls, emails, or chat sessions. - Complete appraisal eligibility tasks. - Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines. - Perform other related duties as required and assigned. - Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values. Qualifications: - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred. - General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations.
