The Help Desk Level 2 Engineer serves as a primary escalation point for a managed services service desk environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. The Level 2 Engineer works closely with service desk staff and technical teams to manage escalated support requests, improve service processes, and support a wide range of infrastructure and end-user technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an escalation resource for complex technical issues originating from the Service Desk

EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience working in a membership association required.

**The Role:**

POSTITION OVERVIEW

Bereavement Leave: 3 days of paid leave for the death of an immediate family member, 2 additional days of accrued leave for death of employee's spouse, domestic partner, parent or child.
Merit Salary Increase: New employees will receive the starting salary, which is the first step of the salary range. After employees serve 52 weeks (2080 hours) on each step of the range, they are eligible for a merit increase to the next step.
Job Sharing: Employees may agree to job-share a position, subject to approval by a Department Head and the Director of Human Resources.
Educational Reimbursement Program: Eligible employees may be reimbursed for career-related course work up to a maximum of $850 per fiscal year. Eligible employees enrolled in an approved four (4) year College or University academic program may be reimbursed up to $800 per semester for a maximum of $1600 per fiscal year.
Parking Supplemental Downtown Stockton: The County contributes up to $17 per pay period for employees who pay for parking and are assigned to work in the Downtown Core Area.
School Activities: Employees may take up to 40 hours per year, but not more than eight (8) hours per month, to participate in their children's school activities.

To compete in a promotional examination, an employee must:
A. Meet the minimum qualifications of the class on or before the final filing date for filing applications.
B. Meet one of the following qualifying service requirements:
1. Have permanent status in the Classified Service.

This position is the first step into becoming a licensed loan officer in a direct-to-consumer sales environment with an exclusive, high converting lead source. You will provide sales support to our top loan officers while learning about different mortgage products, qualifying customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be taking live calls and gathering pertinent information prior to transferring them to the sales floor. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Review mortgage applications taken by licensed loan officers; assist in collecting, uploading, and labeling documents within our Loan Origination system. Order disclosures, prepare income calculations, run automated underwriting, prepare, and scrub files prior to submitting to underwriting.
Troubleshoot loan files. Become an expert in loan programs and qualifications.
Take inbound live transfer calls / make outbound phone calls and gather the necessary information and commitment to transfer them to our sales floor. Provide excellent customer service to GoodLeap customers.
Attend daily training in preparation for your promotion into sales or take NMLS test.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Our Scheduling Specialist is a critical team member who will ensure that Welbe participants receive care in a timely manner. The Scheduling Specialist's primary focus includes coordinating participant care, scheduling, and maintaining accurate team member availability for participant appointments. The Scheduling Specialist will also handle cancellations and rescheduling requests, reminder calls to participants regarding future appointments, and other administrative tasks as directed.
Essential Job Duties:
Effectively coordinate the scheduling of participant appointments, including trouble-shooting conflicts or urgent needs, communicating with all stakeholders (staff, family, providers, etc.), and meeting appointment turn-around times as outlined in appointment scheduling protocol
Address cancellation and rescheduling requests from both staff members and participants, ensuring that changes are appropriately handled and promptly communicated to all relevant parties
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and requests coming into the center as needed
Appropriately screen, transfer, resolve, and dispose of calls expeditiously while adhering to all process and documentation standards
Maintain and update team member schedule availability in source systems, ensuring that accurate information is reflected for all available time slots
Send appointment confirmations and appointment reminders as outlined by department protocols, updating appointments as needed
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in healthcare required
Experience in data entry and multiple software platforms, including one (1) year of experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) · Excellent organizational and communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
