General Description Northeast Paving a division of Vinci Construction USA is seeking an IT Support Specialist I position on the Technology Team in Pittsburgh, PA. The IT Support Specialist role involves providing end-user desktop support both remotely and in-person, handling Tier (1-2) support tickets, and working on technology implementation projects.
Key Duties
Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis
Project work related to the implementation of new technology tools.
Provide end-user desktop support via remote support tools or in person visits
Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and effectively with users to understand their issues, provide updates on ticket status, and verify their concerns are addressed promptly.
Install and configure new computers, monitors, and printers.
Assist with system administration tasks, including server upgrades, updates, patches, deployments, architecture review / design and general best practices
Create clear, concise process and system diagrams and other supporting documentation
Coordinate with vendors to execute software and firmware upgrades
Attend meetings as required and provides regular and accurate status information to project participants/department leadership -follow management guidance and adherence to policies
Assist with other projects and tasks as required
Identify issues requiring escalated support and route to the appropriate team or leadership.
Identify recurring or unique issues, develop solutions, and verify successful implementation.
Document and/or update documentation for identified issues, solutions, and procedures.
Train and/or mentor junior team members. Share knowledge and best practices.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the general supervision of the Office Manager, the Call Center Specialist manages incoming telephone communications to CHC call center. The responsibilities of the Call Center Specialist include booking appointments, entering patient registration information, directing incoming telephone calls, recording accurate messages, and cross covering other departments as needed at CHC locations.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate CHC personnel.
Screens patient calls, takes accurate messages, and returns calls as appropriate (to patients, providers, and other organizations/agencies)
Schedules acute (same day) appointments, in collaboration with the Office Manager and nursing supervisor.
Schedules patient appointments according to established protocol
Collects and enters patient registration and demographic data into computer system.
Provides translation services for non-English speaking callers.
Directs incoming faxes.
Provides coverage to Front Desk Check-In/Check-Out as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required, associate degree in secretarial science or equivalent preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is a plus
1-year similar work experience or in a medical office environment preferred
Computer skills for accurate data entry
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 hrs. per minute.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Demonstrated interpersonal relationship skills.

Job Summary
This position will play a key role in ZOLL by providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a high collection percentage (CEI) of their assigned customers. This includes communication with customers to prevent accounts from reaching past due status and collection of past due accounts. The individual will be expected to review credit hold reports and release orders to ship supporting sales. The right candidate will provide excellent customer service, work with the customer, manager and others resolving disputes. They need to be able to read and understand the customer's contractual obligations and be able to speak to those obligations positively and professionally. Measurement of the success in this position will be the health of the accounts assigned, and the percentage of the aging that rolls into the over 90 bucket.
Essential Functions
Actively collect payment from customers with unpaid invoices
Develop relationships with primary contacts at your assigned accounts
Work internally to resolve issues contributing to delayed payments
Work with customers to develop payment plans to bring their accounts current
Identify and communicate risk concerns on assigned account
Effective and consistent communication with customers both internal and external at all levels of an organization in a professional manner.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Maintain solid CEI, DSO and past due results - meet department goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean AR resolving short payments timely, provide support on unapplied or on account payments and process refunds on credit balance accounts.
Consistent follow-up on shortage claims - provide POD's and backup to customers when needed.
Additional tasks and Special projects as assigned.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Associate's Degree or Equivalent experience
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a professional Finance/Account environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of ERP systems.
Excellent knowledge and use of Excel.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills - strong work ethic
Initiative to validate accuracy of data and make recommendations based on findings - problem solving mindset.
