Position Summary:
The Nursing Educator collaborates with market nursing leadership and staff across departments to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and revise educational programming for all levels of nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel as indicated or requested. As a FM Cyber Security Specialist Co-op, you will be a member of the Cyber Threat Operations and Engineering (CTOE) Team. This team is responsible for the implementation, operation, maintenance, and growth of security solutions intended to mitigate cyber security threats. These solutions range from network security technologies like firewalls, URL filters, intrusion detection/prevention systems, advanced threat prevention technologies, and web application firewalls to server and endpoint solutions such as filesystem monitoring, filesystem encryption, vulnerability management, and malware detection/prevention agents.
The candidate will assist senior team members with performing the day-to-day operations and monitoring of the security infrastructure technologies used to prevent, detect, and/or respond to security incidents. These operational activities include supervising and responding to cyber security alerts and incidents, managing ticket queues, responding to operational incident tickets received from the service desk, and processing change requests.

Overview
The New Business Specialist will focus on selling new FSEs and group ticket packages, as well as smaller ticket packages that management creates throughout the season.
This role will pay $16.35/hr.

Responsibilities
Responsible for maximizing revenue through the sale of Hartford Wolf Pack ticket packages including season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, and individual game tickets
Make a high volume of outbound calls to single game buyers, as well as B2B
Participate in outside networking events, to gain additional business & develop relationships with new leads
Establish professional relationships, in order to create repeat business, and superior customer service
Meet or exceed appointed sales goals for all season memberships, and group tickets
Maintain complete and accurate records for customers
Track and manage weekly sales leads and activities, and overall sales, through the use of CRM-Salesforce
Staff all home games to assist ticket sales and promotional programs
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university in a related field
Minimum of two years sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainment
Highly motived with a passion for sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Familiarity with Ticketmaster (Archtics), and Salesforce.com (CRM) preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office is
Demonstrated ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner
Superior time management and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible schedule, including event nights and weekends as , in addition to traditional business hours
Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude, with the ability to handle multiple assignments under pressure
Must be professionally assertive and competitive and possess a dedicated attitude
Must have strong attention to detail, be highly organized and have an ability to actively listen
