In Scope:

Hands and Feet support for Video Conferencing equipment and rooms, coordinate with resolver teams/OEMs for any additional support
Co-ordination with OEM on Hardware/Software issues
Ticket information documentation using ITSM tool.
Perform advanced troubleshooting - technology and applications troubleshooting/repair/resolution for all endpoints (laptops, desktops, kiosk machines, and mobiles/tablets)
Deployment and configuration of new hire equipment (Manually and/or using automated Tools)
Deploying and troubleshooting Windows-based and Mac-based workstations in a corporate environment leveraging Autopilots, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and other system management tools
Hardware and software provisioning (check-in and check-out)
Coordinate with the other IT groups to achieve the committed SLAs and deliver world-class customer service
Articulate technical solutions to non-technical users in simple and easy to understand terms
Occasional work to move/lift IT gear (PC's and Laptops) and move within the site (which involves less than 4 hours of human effort per location per month) - (Ex :Movement of PC from one floor to another)

Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles tailored to their needs and budget Present and demonstrate Audi's premium features and technology in a compelling way Provide transparent, accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets Maintain expert-level knowledge of Audi vehicles, industry trends, and competitor offerings Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams for a seamless transaction Maintain a polished, professional image and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journey Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For:Previous sales experience (automotive experience preferred, but not required).A passion for luxury cars and a commitment to providing world-class customer service.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
