Under the supervision of the mammography quality program manager and mammography supervisor performs mammograms and breast biopsies following the guidelines of ACR and FDA.
Essential Responsibilities:
Performs mammography and other related breast imaging procedures.
Performs and documents patient assessment/history related to procedures and provides patient care to meet patients needs.
Assists physicians (radiologists, surgeons, other specialists) to perform image-guided diagnostic and invasive procedures (e.g.: stereotactic biopsy, needle localization. Galactograms).
Applies knowledge and principles of radiation protection to achieve radiation exposures ALARA for patients, self and others.
Applies knowledge and principles of Universal Precautions, aseptic and sterile techniques, to minimize exposure to/spread infectious organisms.
Maintains manual and computerized patient, department records.
Performs and documents equipment QC according to dept protocol: recognizes and reports any malfunction or variation to the mammography manager, maintenance or bio-med. Audits processing sensitometry records and other equipment/accessory QC data for compliance with policy and trends/problem identification.
Provides practical instruction for student and other mammographers while demonstrating effective communicating and conflict resolution.
Maintains a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures to include the use of specialized instrumentation, quality control requirements, and preventative maintenance.
Assesses medical and related equipment problems, taking appropriate corrective action when needed, including requesting repairs from outside entities.
Participates in the continuous quality improvement process.
Schedule mammographic procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Title Specialist that will act as a support partner by being the primary contact for issues regarding vehicle titles, managing all post-sale activity, verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance in any and all questionable or problematic title documents. This individual must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed at all times. The Title Coordinator is responsible for providing weekly reports to consignors, assisting with title processing, ensuring that titles are processed within our service level agreements.

Achieve return of title on voided sales in a timely fashion to reduce loss to seller and/or OPENLANE.
Overcoming difficult objections and turning into positive solutions for all parties.
Assist with keeping SOP documentation/training manuals up to date
Scans titles into electronic format.
Creates shipping labels, packages, seals, and sends titles to buyers daily via Federal Express.
Ensures titles are delivered to the correct purchasing dealer and/or buyer.
Responsible for running title reports and assisting with title inquiry emails.
Must-Have's:
2+ years of experience in title work required.
Superb customer service skills, attention to detail, time management and ability to problem solve.
Must type 55 WPM and have strong 10-key typing skills.
Conflict resolution and customer service skills required.
Basic knowledge of Google suite applications.

ECMO Specialist

Epic Cardiovascular has an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse or respiratory therapist for a role as an ECMO Specialist at a renowned medical center!
The ECMO/ECLS (Extracorporeal Life Support) Specialist operates and maintains the extracorporeal circuit for long -term pulmonary and/or cardiac support. The Specialist functions independently following standing orders and parameters under the direction of the ECLS physician, and participates as a member of the multi-disciplinary team assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive care services (therapies).
COMPENSATION:
$120,000-$135,000 based on skills, training and experience
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. The duties of the ECLS Specialist include, but are not limited to:
1. Operates the extracorporeal circuit, pump, and related equipment.
2. Manages the ongoing process of healthcare delivery to patients and families per institutional policies.
3. Participates in patient rounds and possibly making suggestions to the Physician and ECLS team after assessing patient responses to ECLS therapy.
4. Reviews laboratory and blood gas results and treats within defined protocols prescribed by physician in charge.
5. Circuit adjustments including pump flow, gas exchange, hemofiltration, anticoagulation therapy, or other to maintain patient within limitations set by ECLS physician.
6. Troubleshoots the ECLS circuit and make replacements of circuit components as indicated and usually in the presence of the institutional Perfusionists and Physicians.
7. May assist in data collection and research activities associated with the institution or EPIC.
8. Attends ongoing classes of specific institution and/or EPIC as related to ECLS services.
B. Specific and ancillary responsibilities of the ECLS Specialist:
1. Accurately assess pathophysiological changes within the patient during bypass.
2. Manages ECMO flow in relationship to patient management parameters
3. Performs all technical skills with efficiency, accuracy, safety, and in accordance with institutional and EPIC policy and procedures.
4. Operates all equipment according to policy and procedure: differentiate patient vs. patient problems and intervene appropriately.
5. Implements standing physician orders within established guidelines
6. Anticipates, intervenes, and manages crisis/emergency situations according to policy and
procedure; maintains professional composure.
7. Demonstrates effective assessment of the ECLS circuit.
8. Performs, manages, and troubleshoots anticoagulation per institutional protocol.
9. Demonstrates proper blood sampling techniques from the ECLS circuit.
10. Documents appropriately on all ECMO records including OnCloud EMR.
11. Demonstrates administration of all blood products into the ECLS circuit
12. Manages laboratory results and perform appropriate interventions as related by ECLS therapy.
13. Assesses clinical status of the patient, including vital signs and discuss possible intervention.
14. Provides feedback for improved patient outcomes to other care providers
15. Assimilates information and then provide documentation of the interventions that provide the chosen integrated plan of care.
16. Anticipates and communicates patient needs that will require intervention by other members of the care team.
17. Anticipates learning needs for patients/families/ and staff.
18. Assists others in defining learning outcomes and appropriate interventions.
19. Uses innovation in individualizing patient/family teaching to the individual patient/family needs.
20. Participates during patient management discussions and suggest clinical management option during discussions.
21. Maintains qualification licensure as per those licensure requirements.
22. Maintains communication within institutional and EPIC standards and policies for delivery of ECLS care.
23. Maintains competencies in current topics of ECLS thru institutional journals, Internet, and networking with care providers of similar nature.
24. Punctuality, professional respect to all other team members, and professional behavior must be maintained at all times.
C. Personal demands on the ECLS Specialist include:
1. Participate in “on-call” scheduling, which is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
2. Must wear a pager or cell phone during “on-call” times and be available to respond within the designated call response time of the hospital.
3. Must be in good physical condition.
4. Must be able to endure long hours, both mentally and physically
5. Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time, lifting, stooping, sitting, stretching, and other bodily demands for extended intervals.
6. Exposure to noxious gases and bodily fluids with risk of infections and diseases.
7. Remain current on present perfusion technology procedures, techniques, and literature.
8. Establish and maintain a professional demeanor.
9. Re-enforce the integrity of Epic CV Services.
10. When directed, serve in supportive capacity for all clinical accounts relative to vacation relief, sick leave, and temporary staffing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Registered Nurse or Registered Respiratory Therapist licensed in the state of employment.
B. Minimum of two (2) years intensive care or related experience.
C. Satisfactory completion of an ECLS Training Course.
D. Satisfactory completion of the Perfusion.com clinical assessment examination.
E. A minimum of 60 hours of Clinical Pump time.
F. Full understanding of circuit components utilized for the service of a particular ECLS center.
G. Ability to remain calm under pressure and a mechanical inclination is preferred.

Physical Demands

Job Overview
The Business Impact Specialist is a true "Utility Player" who is well versed in most Sales & Service frontline roles, including customer-facing and non-customer facing positions, to respond to and fulfill needs associated with staffing shortages, work stoppages, and other challenges that create gaps in our frontline staffing plan. Will be qualified and skilled to perform all job duties identified in the job descriptions of CDL qualified Delivery Merchandiser, Bulk Merchandiser, Space Management Specialist, Warehouse Laborer, Forklift Driver, and Account Developer and more as needs arise. Will be on a special response team that is called upon to fulfill needs in different market units and geographies. Anticipate extensive travel requirements including overnight and successive weeks, and flexible scheduling. Will normally complete work independently and be personally accountable for travel logistics and day-to-day functionality to satisfy assignment objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Covers staffing gaps competently to maintain established route standards and sales and to prevent missing important opportunities, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained
* Orders, fills, merchandises, and rotates products on displays, cold vaults, and cooler equipment, according to Company standards
* Capable of any specified activities per route discipline (bulk, conventional, full service, and cold bottle)
* Handles urgent customer needs to meet commitments made to customers in a timely, consistent, and professional manner, through partnering with the sales & service, warehouse, and customer management teams
* Assist supervisor to help with projects, tasks across the territory, and other duties as assigned
* Fill all shelves, racks, displays, and equipment and places proper POS items. Inspects work area for cleanliness, verifies sets are in accordance to the plan-o-gram. Adjusts any shelves, moves products, displays, or racks as required
* Communicates sales opportunities to the sales team and, or customer
* Prepares and loads onto their company vehicle the necessary equipment and point of sale materials to complete the work assignments for each customer
* Greets the store contact and reviews the plans for the reset of racks, displays, and point of sale materials. After assignments, review the completed set with store contact and have them sign off on the reset request form. * Ensures all Outbound loads are secured and safe by applying protective wrapping as needed and that the proper documentation is attached (STO). Loads and unloads trailers as needed to support delivery activities following CCCI SOPs by updating SAP, CONA via handhelds to ensure accurate accountability for loads Inbound and outbound to, from territories supported by Regional Operation Center
* Performs all safety and housekeeping activities including but not limited to conducting pre-trip and post-trip checks, reviewing daily documentation for accuracy, and keeping the work area neat and clutter-free
* Utilizes "switcher" to maneuver 53' and pup trailers to the dock as needed
* Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes, and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer. Done to ensure the day to day success of the operation and directly contribute to the financial performance of the company in terms of revenue, volume, and gross profit
* Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists and executes monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial plans to ensure excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores for assigned customers
* Accountable for maximizing operational efficiencies by writing productive orders that meet drop size goals, minimizing shrink and out of date, ensuring compliance with routing schedules in terms of the right day and week, and product that is ordered is accepted by the customer
