Collaborate with management, operations, and contractors to promote a strong safety culture. Implement and manage Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) Prevention Programs. Promote and facilitate Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) processes. Review and update HSE manuals, policies, and Safe Work Practices Travel offshore regularly, including extended overnight stays, to support field operations. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience in the offshore abandonment market. Strong knowledge of P&A and Abrasive Cutting operations. In-depth understanding of BSEE, OSHA, and Coast Guard regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to conduct training sessions and safety meetings effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
