We are seeking talented PRN Mental Health Intake Specialist to join our team! Position Summary: Completes mental health screenings for inpatient psychiatric admission. Receives and responds to call inquiries for potential admissions and generalized questions. Obtains the required information to facilitate mental health admissions. Makes referrals for persons who are not appropriate for admission. Completes pre-authorization of services. Welcomes patient(s) and completes paperwork upon arrival to mental health facility. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelors Degree preferred Certifications/Licenses: CPI/CPR per policy. Current licensure or certification, preferred, by discipline.
