DescriptionThe position of Teller Support Specialist is responsible for offering assistance to the Lubbock and surrounding area branches by performing branch teller services, new account services, and assisting with customer service issues. They will do so in a professional, timely and efficient manner and according to established bank policies and procedures. Essential Duties
Represents the bank in a courteous and professional manner. Furnishes prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing transactions.
Able to interact and adapt to different branches and their specific needs or requests.
Travels from branch to branch on a daily basis or as requested.
Monitors the TSS Calendar consistently and is prepared at all times for any changes that may present itself within the daily schedule.
Is prepared at all times with their name tag, name plate and teller stamp.
Retains vast amounts of knowledge in many different areas of the bank.
Prepares teller window with adequate supplies and is organized and ready to serve customers by regularly scheduled opening times.
Maintains a high level of security awareness within daily work responsibilities such as the safekeeping of teller cash by locking teller drawers and computer. Maintains proper amounts of cash in teller window.
Refrains from distractions that prevent the best service to our customers, whether they are engaged with them or not. Distractions such as food, drinks, cell phones, tablets, internet, television or any other item that is not work related and/or inappropriate or unprofessional conversations.
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
Actively cross-sells bank products and services.
Accepts checks and cash for deposit processing, following written procedure at all times. Verifies deposit amounts and examines checks for endorsement and negotiability.
Processing transactions upon verification of signatures and customer account balances. Inspects all checks, money orders, savings withdrawals, etc. to determine their negotiability.
Receives credit card payments and processes those according to written procedure.
Receives payments for loans such as mortgage, installment, and commercial, ensuring that payments equal the amount due and that all late charges, if applicable, are collected AND properly reads any and all messages that may be placed on such accounts.
Cashes City Bank checks for non-bank customers upon verification of identification and appropriate approval, as required.
Assist in working night depository bags/envelopes, dropped bag and/or handling bank-by-mail deposits.
Issues cashier's checks to customers based on a collected balance.
Prepares cash advance requests, obtaining proper authorization. Ensures that the cash advances are balanced and transmitted daily.
Maintains MC/EMV supplies.
Redeems E/EE/I savings bonds.
Accepts stop payments on checks.
Accepts and exchanges foreign currency by following proper written procedures.
Sends checks and drafts to collections department.
Completes Monetary Instrument Log through the Teller system for cash transactions purchasing a monetary instrument (cashier's check) beginning at $3,000.
Completes Currency Transaction information through the Teller system for cash transactions at $5,000 or over $10,000.
Prepares wire transfer requests as provided in written procedures.
Balances teller window daily under dual control and ensures that they stay under their designated drawer limit.
Performs opening and closing responsibilities if and when assigned.
Sets up such tasks as preauthorized transactions, direct deposits, and change of addresses.
Responds to customer account inquiries in a friendly professional manner.
Provides customer with copies of statements.
Verifies incoming cash shipments under dual control if asked or needed.
Maintains ATM on a daily basis, handling deposits, balancing, replenishes cash and supplies if needed.
Answers phones in a friendly and professional manner.
Encodes and provides daily work for proof and meets courier deadlines.
Attends additional trainings and meetings as required by management.
Complies with required training courses in a timely fashion.
Always greets customers with a smile whether in person or on the phone.
Having good knowledge of City Bank's products and services and know when to suggest them.
Follows proper procedures when ordering checks for customers.
Makes changes signature cards.
Closes accounts when necessary.

Position Summary:
The Hybrid Immunization Specialist (IS) plays a pivotal role in driving healthcare provider (HCP) engagement and vaccine uptake across Adult and Pediatric customers. The IS educates HCPs and their office staff on disease prevention and GSK's vaccine portfolio, effectively communicating clinical value and supporting vaccination goals. Position Summary:
The Hybrid Immunization Specialist (IS) plays a pivotal role in driving healthcare provider (HCP) engagement and vaccine uptake across Adult and Pediatric customers. The IS educates HCPs and their office staff on disease prevention and GSK's vaccine portfolio, effectively communicating clinical value and supporting vaccination goals. The role requires strong customer engagement skills, scientific fluency, and the ability to translate clinical data into meaningful conversations that drive immunization impact. Responsibilities:
Drive HCP Demand and Communicate Product Value
* Engage HCPs across pediatric, internal medicine, family practice and health departments to communicate the clinical value and benefits of GSK vaccines using approved materials.
* Build and maintain deep expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas, GSK products and competitors
* Support peer-to-peer educational programs, conventions, and speaker events to enhance vaccine awareness and recommendation
Customer Engagement and Pull through
* Tailor engagement strategies based on local practice dynamics and HCP/account needs
* Ensure pull through across pediatric and adult segments for both private and public vaccination, including stocking, in-office vaccination and/or a strong referral process
* Partner with Vaccine Account Managers to drive product pull through within Public Awardees, Health Systems and other contracted accounts, following customer engagement guidelines as provided by customers or Account Managers
* Influence the uptake of publicly funded vaccines by engaging with HCPs/staff and health department & VFC program managers, and develop knowledge of their immunization goals and funding cycles
* Support accounts with their ordering and inventory management needs as appropriate
* Work with Account managers to appropriately educate/communicate HCPs/staff on HS policies
* Identify and address barriers to contract execution and utilization, providing actionable feedback
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Barrier Resolution
* Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Access, Medical Affairs, Account Teams) to ensure aligned and compliant execution.
* Help identify and address barriers to vaccine access, reimbursement or workflow integration
* Provide actionable field insights to inform local strategy, optimize resources, and enhance execution.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
* Uphold GSK's standards for compliant, high-quality customer engagement in line with company policies and healthcare regulations.
* Participate in business reviews and team huddles to assess progress and identify opportunities
* Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity records per compliance and field standards

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
* Assure that the school complies with all laws and requirements of ESSA and Title I and will assist the principal, staff, and community in:

About the Role:The Long-Term Care (LTC) Account Specialist is responsible for driving education, access, and adoption of Neurocrine products within post-acute and long-term care settings. This role requires advanced account management capabilities to influence multiple stakeholders across a coordinated, multi-step process that often spans extended timelines between order and fulfillment. The LTC Account Specialist must connect and align external prescribers, internal facility stakeholders, and LTC pharmacies to successfully navigate clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement barriers. This requires a consultative, strategic, and highly coordinated approach to achieve “drug on cart” and sustained resident therapy. Additionally, this role demands a deep understanding of CMS regulations, payer mix dynamics, and facility-level operational processes, balancing clinical education with compliance and reimbursement considerations.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Creates product acceptance and manages sales and product growth through education opportunities in targeted accounts
Effectively executes sales force strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed sales objectives through face-to-face and/or virtual communications via in-office visits, in-service presentations and speaker programs
Creates and implements successful strategies to further penetrate and segment the psychiatric and movement disorder marketplace, consisting, where applicable, of Psychiatrists, Neurologists, Community Mental Health Clinics (CMHC) and Long Term Care (LTC)
Effectively uses promotional resources and budget
Establishes and maintains excellent communication and sound working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional partners, including managed care, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications
Demonstrates honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards, values and corporate compliance policies
Identifies territory-specific opportunities and barriers to ensure product and company success
Develops local Opinion Leader relationships to achieve aligned objectives
Performs all responsibilities following the highest ethical standards, including FDA guidelines and best practices for the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Effectively utilizes account selling strategies to achieve goals through building relationships with and meeting the needs of all members of the patients' care team (Pharm D, MD/NP/PA, LPN/RN)
Manages relationships with important customers, including key opinion leaders, local professional groups and advocacy groups, long-term care facilities, local and regional payers, and pharmacies

Requirements:
BS/BA degree in science or related field and 4+ years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience is highly desired. Long Term Care or specialty pharmacy distribution experience is strongly preferred. Psychiatry, neurology or antipsychotic experience strongly preferred. Experience with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and other business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle database, SAP, Business Objects, COGNOS, QlikView, Veeva, etc.) OR
Master's degree in science or related field and 2+ years of similar experience noted above
Strong sales and account management skills with solid business acumen and exceptional communication (verbal and written)
Proven record of sales performance and goal achievement, including recognition or ranking awards in specialty pharma or biotech
Demonstrated success launching products in complex, competitive markets
Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in dynamic or start-up settings
Proficient in business systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Oracle, SAP, QlikView)
Must reside within assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record

Develop and implement detailed account plans for assigned facilities
Build strong relationships with key external (prescribers, consultants) and internal (administrators, DONs, MDS coordinators) stakeholders
Lead disease state and product education initiatives to drive appropriate resident identification and treatment
Coordinate alignment across facilities, prescribers, and pharmacies to ensure timely therapy initiation and continuation
Execute a consultative sales process involving multiple stakeholders and extended timelines
Market & Regulatory Expertise
Navigate CMS regulations, Psychotropic Stewardship, and survey processes impacting prescribing behavior
Understand reimbursement structures (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care) and their influence on therapy access
Collaborate with Market Access to address payer and fulfillment barriers
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to tailor account-specific solutions
Align with field partners to ensure consistent messaging and execution across the LTC ecosystem
Represent Neurocrine with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes
Required Knowledge & Skills
Proven ability to engage and align multiple decision-makers across complex healthcare environments
Strong grasp of LTC operations, pharmacy models, and post-acute reimbursement
Consultative selling expertise with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Skilled in project management and multitasking across complex initiatives
Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (Veeva, Salesforce, IQVIA)
Preferred Experience
Sales experience in long-term care, institutional, or organized customer settings
Background in neurology, psychiatry, or movement disorders
Familiarity with CoverMyMeds and LTC pharmacy fulfillment
Knowledge of CMS guidelines affecting psychotropic medication use in skilled nursing facilities

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $123,100.00-$168,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position is eligible participate in the Company's quarterly incentive compensation plan, which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance results. This position is also eligible to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
