The IT Support Specialist role involves providing end-user desktop support both remotely and in-person, handling Tier (1-2) support tickets, and working on technology implementation projects. Key Duties Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis Project work related to the implementation of new technology tools.
