Position Scope:
Planner/Scheduler position is responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work control processes. This position works directly with the Technical/Maintenance/Operations Manager(s) & Technicians to ensure efficient and effective use of SAP-Plant Maintenance to plan and schedule resources to conduct maintenance activities which result in minimum downtime and maximum productivity. The Planner/Scheduler is empowered to manage Compliance and Preventative Maintenance work, develop weekly technician schedules, define parts and materials, if necessary, define crafts and skills and engage the proper resources to manage and close out all Corrective Work Orders of the District. Utilizes SAP Plant Maintenance system (a maintenance work order system) to review, prioritize and schedule maintenance work; negotiates down time with operations to accommodate required maintenance activities. Appropriates materials for maintenance activities, coordinates scheduling of critical inspections for compliance with all pertinent regulatory agencies. In addition, the Planner/Scheduler provides the equipment-related expertise and technical guidance on improving Preventive Maintenance activities. The Planner/Scheduler position can be based in either the Inkster, MI Office - Great Lakes District or in the Akron, OH District Office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Once a valid work request is submitted, the Planner/Scheduler will prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow-up on accuracy of the job plan for all planned (DOT, PM and Corrective) work. Their focus is not day to day but is to be proactive and optimize workforce productivity and minimize downtime by managing work 1 week or more in advance. In performance of these duties the planner/scheduler has the following responsibilities:
* Principal contact, and liaison between the maintenance department and operations planning. They ensure the area, department, or facility in which they are assigned receive professional maintenance service in a timely manner to ensure high equipment availability and performance.
* Review all planned work request from assigned area and determine validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority.
* Reviews work request for accuracy and clarity: clear scope of work, realistic completion date, proper lead times, correct equipment identification, proper charge number (if applicable), proper authorization, and discuss details with originator of the work order.
* Works with Project Managers and Engineering Firms to acquire and load new Functional Locations and Equipment into SAP.
* Escalates issues to the Technical Supervisor for work which is high priority and or compliance related.
* Approach all aspect of the work being performed with safety as the highest priority.
* Manage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion. Status may include waiting for planning, waiting parts, ready to schedule, scheduled, etc.
* Verifies all material, information, tools, and labor are available prior to scheduling.
* Works with Maintenance leads, supervisors, and planners to determine resource availability and work to level the work force.
* Develops a preliminary workforce schedule by technician ensuring all skills (Operator Qualifications) requirement and resource availability is met.
* Actively participate in scheduling meeting with operation partners to finalize priority of work orders, minimize downtime windows, and necessary lead times.
* Finalize the Maintenance resource schedule based on agreed plan with production.
* Follow up and communicates schedule to all resources: maintenance, production, outside services, stores, and engineering.
* Manage the completion of Work Order back log.
* Keep accurate metrics on the performance of planning and scheduling functions and provide timely reports to our customers and Preventative Maintenance Manager.
* Creation and submission of DOT, PM, and Corrective Work Order Backlog Reports to all District management on a weekly basis

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The primary responsibility of the Client Access Specialist is to provide client-centered administrative support at Riveon Mental Health and Recovery and off site-locations. The staff in this position are cross-trained to perform a variety of job functions in various settings including greeting, assisting, and directing incoming clients and visitors, answering and directing telephone calls, ensuring that client data is up to date in the EMR.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Serves as first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. Greets, checks-in, and monitors waiting areas. Directs clients and visitors to appropriate destinations. Keeps waiting areas neat and orderly.
Collects and updates demographic, insurance, payer, clinician assignment, program, and financial information in client medical records. Relays retroactive billing information to the Billing Supervisor. Maintains office filing system and adheres to records retention schedule. Processes release of information requests and maintains ROI database.
Determines client eligibility for entitlement programs and sliding fees. Completes documentation and collects verification as required by program regulations and keeps client data updated in the electronic medical record. Is attentive to program eligibility redetermination dates and provides timely follow-up with clients upon arrival for their appointments. Assists clients in understanding and complying with third party payer benefits/requirements as necessary. Contacts third party payers to verify coverage and plan restrictions and obtains precertification as needed. Collects payments on accounts.
Schedules clinical appointments using the EMR. Places reminder calls to clients. Prints schedules and distributes surveys and informational materials to clients as needed. Arranges for client transportation.
Answers incoming phone calls and routes calls appropriately. Utilizes the central paging system as necessary.
Follows policies and procedures. Ensures that Clients' protected health information is kept confidential according to Agency procedures.
Travels between agency sites to pick up and deliver work related materials as needed.
Provides clerical support including photocopying, faxing, printing, and scanning. Communicates with clients in their native language if bilingual. Schedules interpreters (both internal and external) as needed.
Works as part of a team. Provides training and coaching to peers as requested by Supervisor. Rotates and works in various locations/assignments to provide adequate coverage.
Initiates purchase orders for departmental supplies as needed.
Must be able to react to change and stress productively and to handle other related tasks as assigned.
Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.

**Job Description:**
**Position Summary**
The Lead Specialist, an integral part of a high-performing team, is responsible for commercial client support functions through telephone or written requests, the timely processing of commercial monetary transactions, and scheduled and non-scheduled loan maintenance. Our team is dedicated to supporting the growth and servicing of the commercial portfolio, while providing stellar customer service to internal and external customers alike. Under some supervision, the Lead Specialist is primarily focused on execution of basic to moderate processing work following defined procedures with some expansion to complex issues based on development. The Lead Specialist is also responsible for moderate operational and/or administrative work requiring occasional decision-making and will escalate issues as needed. Individuals in this position should have a basic to moderate understanding of commercial loans and commercial loan servicing.
**Overview of Primary Functions**
+ Administers moderate procedures, analysis, tasks and reporting for filing, recording, processing, servicing, recording, and/or organization of documentation associated with a product or process ·
+ Reviews and ensures proper documentation or procedures are used for complex activities and also checks the work of less experienced employees
+ Identifies and resolves moderate issues by following established guidelines. Refers more complex problems to Senior Specialist or supervisor.
+ May provide service in relation billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints from customers
+ Uses independent thought to recommend and implement programs to solve complex issues, contributes to work flow or process change and redesign, and forms a strong understanding of the specific product or process
+ Research requests to a logical conclusion and execute remedial action. Communicate to the requester the results of research and resolution of the problem effectively and timely.
+ Other duties as assigned, including performance of special tasks and follow up for accurate and timely completion of transactions
**Day-to-Day Tasks Include**
+ Perform accurate and timely monetary processing as indicated. This includes the processing of Dollar Transaction Forms and Loan Initial Funding Requests via the Centralized Funding process
+ Balance general ledger entries via Automated Posting Application (APA) to minimize account outages and work with the Accounting department to correct discrepancies in a timely manner.
+ Post DDA entries via APA to Hogan system, send out cashier checks and process outgoing wires as needed based on service requests
+ Process requests received via departmental Quest, databases and internal proprietary system including Fee Waiver requests and changes to indicative account information. This would also include transactions such as reapplication of payments, research of missing or misapplied payments, and producing payment history statements
+ Perform maintenance transactions on CLS including, but not limited to, setting up borrowing base ticklers, Advance Paydown ticklers and other monetary and indicative system changes.
+ Careful and timely review and action of various reports to alleviate potential customer impact issues and to ensure system integrity
**Education, Experience, & Differentiating Skills:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
+ 2+ years of experience and a strong knowledge of commercial loan servicing
+ Demonstrates solid understanding of accounting principles
+ Familiarity with systems such as CLS/CL3 and LoanIQ (Experience not mandatory)
+ Proven excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in business, accounting, or finance with a minimum of two years collection experience in a professional services environment.
Law firm experience and working within the Aderant system is highly preferred, but not necessary to apply.
