About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives within Research & Development (R&D), with a strong focus on laboratory systems and process optimization. This role will support the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and play a key role in driving operational excellence, data governance, and regulatory compliance across global R&D operations.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Tool Consulting & Integration:
Support the migration from legacy laboratory systems to a unified LIMS platform, ensuring a smooth transition and full divestment of legacy tools by target timelines.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing digital lab technologies and enterprise systems.
Advise on best practices for system configuration, data migration, archival, training, and validation.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean / Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce inefficiencies and improve laboratory operations.
Facilitate operational excellence and process-mapping workshops across multiple functions.
Conduct current-state and future-state assessments to identify functionality gaps and scalable solutions aligned with R&D objectives.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with R&D scientists, engineers, and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Translate scientific and operational needs into clear, unambiguous functional and technical requirements for vendor implementation.
Evaluate implemented solutions to measure value realization and recommend continuous improvements.
Data Governance, Quality & Compliance:
Advise on adherence to FAIR data principles, GDPR, and global data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Ensure systems support audit-ready documentation, traceability, and secure management of biospecimens and experimental data.
Collaborate with IT and digital teams to enable a strong data backbone supporting automation, connectivity, and emerging technologies (e.g., sensors, IoT).
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement roles in the biopharmaceutical and diagnostics industry.
Proven experience applying Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies in complex environments. Related certification is a must.
Hands-on experience implementing or supporting modern LIMS and biorepository platforms; familiarity with system integrations and complex digital ecosystems.
Strong understanding of biospecimen lifecycles, laboratory workflows, ethics, and data privacy considerations. A scientific background is a big plus.
Ability to leverage connected data to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated experience in change management and driving the adoption of new digital tools and enabling cultural shifts toward standardized, data-driven processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

IRC Turlock's Anti-Trafficking department provides outreach and comprehensive case management services to adult, and all survivors of human trafficking. This program is key contributor in local consortiums that raise awareness of human trafficking in the Central Valley.
Scope of Work
IRC's Anti-Trafficking Program is designed to find sustainable solutions that are appropriate for the unique situations of each client. The Housing Specialist provides client-centered and trauma informed services to survivors of human trafficking, with the goal of enhancing housing services and housing options for survivors of all forms of human trafficking in service region. The Housing Specialist provides clients with access to safe, confidential transitional housing, and works with clients to develop individualized service plans to meet each client's unique needs, helping clients gain self-sufficiency and successfully transition to permanent, independent housing. The Housing Specialist also participates, as required, in program planning and service development through committees, task forces, and working groups. The Housing Specialist operates under the supervision of the Anti-Trafficking Coordinator and collaborates with Anti-Trafficking Caseworkers to support clients.
Major Responsibilities:
Client Service:
• Ensure client success with a strong emphasis on empowerment through high quality service that supports clients to thrive in their community.
• Provide trafficking survivors and their families with access to safe, confidential transitional housing.
• Expand IRC's network of property management companies and landlords and build sustainable relationships with housing partners and housing advocacy groups within the service area.
• Assist the Anti-trafficking team by managing a minimal caseload to provide direct, comprehensive case management services to human trafficking survivors to ensure acute needs are met in a timely and culturally appropriate manner for each program participant
• Assist the Anti-Trafficking team by providing financial, rental, and basic needs assistance to clients based on eligibility and need.
• Provide housing support services to survivor households, including employment, financial education, transportation, counseling, childcare navigation support, and case management, ensuring increased stability and pathways towards healing.
• Ensure that clients are provided the tools they need to meet their established goals and objectives, and that clients successfully transition to permanent, independent housing.
• Provide follow-up services to clients, including landlord advocacy, case management, employment support, and minimal financial assistance, to ensure a successful and sustainable transition to permanent housing.
• Assist with grant reporting on program objectives and accomplishments.
• Participate in relevant program meetings, staff development activities, and fully engage as a member of the team.
• Align with all policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency.

Position Overview
Under limited supervision, the Loan Servicing Operations Specialist - Non-Impounded (Temp) is responsible for providing outstanding support to the Loan Servicing Department with respect to insurance for residential and consumer loans in accordance with specific instructions, policies, guidelines and procedures. The Specialist is to ensure timely updating of insurance information and tracking of expired insurance, subsequent force placement and monitoring for all residential and consumer loans.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Track expired fire insurance for non-impounded residential and consumer loans
* Send requests to insurance agents to get updated insurance declarations
* Call insurance agents when updated insurance has not been received
* Update insurance information to the loan servicing MSP system from evidence of insurance received by mail and fax
* Preparation of documents for scanning
* Preparation of quality control findings and subsequent reports
* Additional tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
* High school graduate with some college level education or equivalent combination and experience
* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
* Ability to maintain good relationship with customers and other employees
* Analytical thinking ability, diplomacy, and professionalism are required
* Task oriented with the ability to work on deadline
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Moderate computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Bunk coverage- supervise bunks of campers when counselors are not available on occasion throughout the summer.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to live in a cabin with others, eat meals in a vibrant, communal dining hall, address challenging situations appropriately in a fast-paced, interactive environment required.
Should be comfortable navigating 4-8 miles daily across a variety of terrain while employed at camp, ensuring access to different program areas around camp.
