Our Billings, Montana office is currently seeking Client Support Specialists.
The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality service while supporting both the Intake and Litigation departments. This position requires adaptability to meet evolving needs and includes responsibilities such as responding to client inquiries, conducting intake interviews, verifying eligibility, completing client questionnaires, retrieving and organizing documentation, and guiding clients through legal processes with clarity and care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to incoming calls and messages, ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
Conduct interviews and complete intake forms to gather and verify client information.
Determine client eligibility based on established criteria.
Clearly explain legal processes and resources.
Facilitate timely completion of contracts and forms, including obtaining required signatures.

Follow up to ensure all documentation and required steps are accurately completed.

Working closely with other WWF staff, the PO will cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners engaged in locally led efforts to restore and conserve bison, black-footed ferrets, prairie dogs, beavers, and their habitats within the U.S. portion of the Great Plains ecoregion. These partners may include Tribal, federal, and state agencies, private landowners and managers, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), elected officials, academic institutions, and private enterprises. The PO will provide technical and financial assistance to key partners as well as contribute to WWF's and partners' fundraising efforts toward our shared wildlife conservation goals. This position will focus primarily on bison restoration with opportunities for black-footed ferret and beaver restoration.

**The Role:**
The Client Success Renewals Specialist works in collaboration with the Client Success Operations Manager and Client Success team members in the overall responsibility for MMIT client contract onboarding, adoption, and renewals with the aim of client retention. Job Description
ProSidian Seeks a Document Imaging Specialist III - Team Lead in CONUS/OCONUS - Billings MT 59101 to support an engagement for a federal agency under the U.S. Department of the Interior, which oversees water resource management, specifically as it applies to the oversight and operation of the diversion, delivery, and storage projects that it has built throughout the western United States for irrigation, water supply, and attendant hydroelectric power generation. ProSidian Team Members work to provide Document Conversion, Imaging, And Information Governance Service support to assist the Records Information Management Officer in records management responsibilities, to include: Scanning, filing, box preparation for transfer, and other records related duties.
Document Imaging Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and Provide Temporary Services to assist in Document Conversion Project services to assist the Records Information Management Officer in records management responsibilities, to include: Scanning, filing, box preparation for transfer, and other records related duties. The objective of this contract is to provide administrative support in the conversion of paper documents to digital images, and in the uploading of converted files to a network server for immediate access by employees of the Water Resource Management Agency.
Due to numerous factors (i.e. office restructuring, reduced office space, the need for remote electronic access to working files to support telework initiatives and efforts to minimize the center's environmental footprint) a document conversion project has been ongoing for two years to convert numerous files into electronic documents, making them readily accessible through a network-based document management system. The Agency Staff are in the beginning stages of the "Build-As-U Go" phase of document conversion transitions, and will eventually create the bulk of conversion to the electronic file format.
The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of storing hard copy legal documents and conversion of hard copy paper documents to electronic files for all loan products. The position may require lifting of boxes and a short walk to the warehouse facility. The Govt. shall furnish a workspace and computer resources necessary to perform this work. Work shall be performed on-site at the Govt. furnished facility: The Great Plains Regional Office is in Billings MT 59101.
PAPER DOCUMENTS CONVERTED TO ELECTRONIC MEDIA:
ProSidian Teams will convert the original documents' text and graphic images to digital data allowing immediate access to all of the employees in the agency, ikts divisions, and departments through a network server. Customized coding and indexing are also required as a part of the document conversion process. Multiple indexes and cross-referencing are required for most document types. Team ProSidian shall be responsible for document preparation, to include removing from the file folders, removing staples, fasteners, binder clips, rubber bands, or any binding, etc. After scanning, the documents shall be placed loosely in the original file folders and the same order before removal.
DOCUMENT UPDATES AND FILE FORMATS:
As updates are made to existing files, the new information shall be capable of being appended to the previously scanned files by users so that it is retrievable using the same index and multiple indexed documents. Team ProSidian will input documents into the system for numerous document formats, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, digital photographs, AutoCAD DWF files, Internet files, and others. The contract shall be required to import electronic files into previously scanned and converted files. The resulting files shall be provided in a portable document format (pdf) as acceptable to the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA)
MONTHLY STATUS REPORT:
ProSidian Team Members shall provide a monthly status report: (i) the number of images scanned, (2) the number of boxes and the type of documents contained in the boxes on site waiting to be scanned, and (3) the estimated output for the following month.
Analyze and index electronic documents to ensure proper routing to division business functions. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Ensures all imaged clinical documents are bundled and boxed with clinic identification and imaged date(s) in preparation for destruction.
Identifies all documents readied for scanning process before performing the imaging process.
Import electronic images from contract and program files and systems into Image Repository System
Indexe scanned documents by entering a brief and concise description and ensures appropriate document type selection as designated by Dept. rules.
Prep and scan various paper documents received
Prepare documents for scanning and safekeeping of original documents
Prepare, scans, and indexes paper documents for accurately filing to the electronic record.
Upload electronic files received via email attachments as PDF or other format into the Image Repository system
Qualifications
The Document Imaging Specialist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
Prefer applicants with at least one year of scanning experience.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and perform in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build effective relationships as needed to effectively address issues and obstacles

The Claim Specialist's main focus is to obtain maximum and appropriate reimbursement for all claims from government and third-party payers. Essential Job Functions

* Responsible for submission of timely and accurate claims to primary, secondary, and tertiary insurances for both electronic and paper submission. Generates telephone calls to insurance carriers to follow up on insurance using reports generated for this purpose to ensure the timely collection of money due on the account.
* Audits accounts by verifying that reimbursement amounts are appropriate, coordination of refunds, if appropriate, and coordinating adjustments when necessary, claims appeals or resubmissions, moving balances from insurance responsibility to patient responsibility when appropriate, and reviews and resolves credit balances.
* Ensure that claims have appropriate information on them for submission to insurance companies or agencies by reviewing errors and other prebilling insurance reports/worklists. Analyzes and review claims to ensure that payer specific regulations and requirements are met.
* Prepares and presents verbally and in writing challenges to third party payers for additional reimbursement for denied charges and/or reductions in reimbursement as appropriate.
* Provides guidance and or assistance to the cashiers.
* Provides timely follow-up on correspondence received from the insurance carrier or patient.
* Responds to inquiries from customers/other departments/insurance carriers regarding insurance coverage issues, coordination of benefits, reconciliation of account balances and complaints regarding services received. Initiates appropriate follow-up on outstanding issues.
* Sets up registration and insurance information when necessary.

ProSidian Seeks a Document Imaging Specialist III - Team Lead in CONUS/OCONUS - Billings MT 59101 to support an engagement for a federal agency under the U.S. Department of the Interior, which oversees water resource management, specifically as it applies to the oversight and operation of the diversion, delivery, and storage projects that it has built throughout the western United States for irrigation, water supply, and attendant hydroelectric power generation. ProSidian Team Members work to provide Document Conversion, Imaging, And Information Governance Service support to assist the Records Information Management Officer in records management responsibilities, to include: Scanning, filing, box preparation for transfer, and other records related duties.
Document Imaging Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and Provide Temporary Services to assist in Document Conversion Project services to assist the Records Information Management Officer in records management responsibilities, to include: Scanning, filing, box preparation for transfer, and other records related duties. The objective of this contract is to provide administrative support in the conversion of paper documents to digital images, and in the uploading of converted files to a network server for immediate access by employees of the Water Resource Management Agency.
Due to numerous factors (i.e. office restructuring, reduced office space, the need for remote electronic access to working files to support telework initiatives and efforts to minimize the center's environmental footprint) a document conversion project has been ongoing for two years to convert numerous files into electronic documents, making them readily accessible through a network-based document management system. The Agency Staff are in the beginning stages of the "Build-As-U Go" phase of document conversion transitions, and will eventually create the bulk of conversion to the electronic file format.
The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of storing hard copy legal documents and conversion of hard copy paper documents to electronic files for all loan products. The position may require lifting of boxes and a short walk to the warehouse facility. The Govt. shall furnish a workspace and computer resources necessary to perform this work. Work shall be performed on-site at the Govt. furnished facility: The Great Plains Regional Office is in Billings MT 59101.
PAPER DOCUMENTS CONVERTED TO ELECTRONIC MEDIA: ProSidian Teams will convert the original documents' text and graphic images to digital data allowing immediate access to all of the employees in the agency, ikts divisions, and departments through a network server. Customized coding and indexing are also required as a part of the document conversion process. Multiple indexes and cross-referencing are required for most document types. Team ProSidian shall be responsible for document preparation, to include removing from the file folders, removing staples, fasteners, binder clips, rubber bands, or any binding, etc. After scanning, the documents shall be placed loosely in the original file folders and the same order before removal.
DOCUMENT UPDATES AND FILE FORMATS: As updates are made to existing files, the new information shall be capable of being appended to the previously scanned files by users so that it is retrievable using the same index and multiple indexed documents. Team ProSidian will input documents into the system for numerous document formats, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, digital photographs, AutoCAD DWF files, Internet files, and others. The contract shall be required to import electronic files into previously scanned and converted files. The resulting files shall be provided in a portable document format (pdf) as acceptable to the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA)
MONTHLY STATUS REPORT: ProSidian Team Members shall provide a monthly status report: (i) the number of images scanned, (2) the number of boxes and the type of documents contained in the boxes on site waiting to be scanned, and (3) the estimated output for the following month.
Analyze and index electronic documents to ensure proper routing to division business functions. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Ensures all imaged clinical documents are bundled and boxed with clinic identification and imaged date(s) in preparation for destruction.
Identifies all documents readied for scanning process before performing the imaging process.
Import electronic images from contract and program files and systems into Image Repository System
Indexe scanned documents by entering a brief and concise description and ensures appropriate document type selection as designated by Dept. rules.

Qualifications
The Document Imaging Specialist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Purpose of Position:
The main components to this role are:
To participate in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure the products the company releases achieve the specified customer objectives, through the successful completion of our Field, Operational, and Market readiness stage gates.

Ensure products achieve the stated customer and functional requirements.

Where needed, conduct internal training on new products for internal technical staff (Service and Support)

Conduct proving grounds trials of new release and new product.

The Claim Specialist's main focus is to obtain maximum and appropriate reimbursement for all claims from government and third-party payers. The Claims Specialist is responsible for preparing and submitting timely and accurate insurance claims to government and third-party payers, assisting in the implementation of payer regulations and ensuring compliance to the regulatory requirements, and verifying payments and adjustments are appropriately applied to accounts based on government, contract or other regulations or agreements. The Claims Specialist is responsible for appropriate follow up on all accounts pending payment from government and third-party payers.
Essential Job Functions
* Supports and models behaviors consistent with the mission and philosophy of Billings Clinic and department/service.
* Responsible for submission of timely and accurate claims to primary, secondary, and tertiary insurances for both electronic and paper submission. Generates telephone calls to insurance carriers to follow up on insurance using reports generated for this purpose to ensure the timely collection of money due on the account.
* Audits accounts by verifying that reimbursement amounts are appropriate, coordination of refunds, if appropriate, and coordinating adjustments, when necessary, claims appeals or resubmissions, moving balances from insurance responsibility to patient responsibility when appropriate, and reviews and resolves credit balances.
* Ensure that claims have appropriate information on them for submission to insurance companies or agencies by reviewing errors and other prebilling insurance reports/worklists. Analyzes and review claims to ensure that payer specific regulations and requirements are met.
* Prepares and presents verbally and in writing challenges to third party payers for additional reimbursement for denied charges and/or reductions in reimbursement as appropriate.
* Provides guidance and or assistance to the cashiers.
* Provides timely follow-up on correspondence received from the insurance carrier or patient.
* Responds to inquiries from customers/other departments/insurance carriers regarding insurance coverage issues, coordination of benefits, reconciliation of account balances and complaints regarding services received. Initiates appropriate follow-up on outstanding issues.
* Sets up registration and insurance information when necessary.
* Utilizes performance improvement principles to assess and improve quality.
* Identifies needs and sets goals for own growth and development; meets all mandatory organizational and departmental requirements.
* Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency environmental, employee or patient safety standards relevant to job performance.
