Job Duties and Responsibilities Order entry - originating from customer calls, emails, web inquiries and sales reps. Assist with credit & rebills, RMA's, product exchanges, etc. Ensure all customer issues are handled quickly, and that the customers are happy after the issue is resolved. Coordinate w/the warehouse and purchasing on urgent deliveries and inventory discrepancies as needed. Ability to talk to customers on the phone, remain calm, and provide an amazing customer experience.
