We are a fast paced, growth phase organization. Our vision is to transform health care, which means we implement changes as the telemedicine field evolves. With a little over 250 associates, you get to know everyone and we strive to work cross-functionally to work with our partners. When working in the Reston office, there is free coffee and tea and every Wednesday morning we provide free bagels and donuts. Once a quarter we do an associate appreciation event. Associate feedback is very important, the leadership team has an open door policy and we've made significant changes based on this feedback like the 401(k) match.What Specialist On Call does to give back to the community
One of our core values is the Golden Rule. We have a very active volunteer committee that conducts events throughout the year from things like canned food drives, Toys for Tots and fundraising for the local children's hospital.
