Description OVERVIEW: We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR Support Specialist. This role supports the Sr. Director of HR for a 300-person company and offers hands-on experience across all areas of HR. You'll oversee key processes that impact the employee experience, ensure compliance with employment requirements, and gain exposure to employment practices in the U.S., Australia, and the U.K. This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their HR career who's ready to take on meaningful responsibility and grow into an independent HR role. You'll be trusted to make sound decisions within established guidelines and develop judgment in a variety of HR disciplines. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Prepare and process offer letters, compensation statements, and employee separation forms.
Track processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy of all required documentation.
Maintain and audit employee files to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Facilitate employee change processes such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Respond to unemployment claims and employment verification requests.
Serve as liaison for workers' compensation, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and filing.
Facilitate leave of absence paperwork with our carrier and support employees throughout the process.
Track compliance, training, and performance assessment participation.
Track separation data for insights and reporting.
Exercise sound judgment while learning to apply company policies and employment laws to individual situations.
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage competing priorities and make independent decisions on day-to-day HR matters within established guidelines.
Support the Sr. Director of HR on special projects and process improvements as the HR function evolves.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
0-2 years of HR or related work experience preferred; internships or academic HR coursework are a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Resourceful and proactive mindset - comfortable finding answers and solving problems when information is limited.

Collaborate with the AI Governance Working Group to ensure ethical use of customer-generated data in AI/ML model development and monitoring.

Contribute to customer-facing trust narratives by aligning internal data handling practices with Trimble's external Trust Center messaging.
Drive readiness for customer data audits and support data subject access requests (DSARs), compliance reviews, and data risk assessments.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data governance, product data management, privacy, or trust-related roles in a SaaS or tech company.
Strong understanding of customer-generated data (telemetry, UGC, in-app data), data lifecycle governance, and responsible AI principles.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Privacy, Security, and Engineering teams.
Knowledge of regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy/AI frameworks.
Familiarity with metadata management, data catalogs (e.g., Microsoft Purview), and data lineage practices.

Trimble Advanced Positioning is offering a full-time position opportunity for a professional experience in geodetic survey, geomatics or information technology (IT) to join our team in Hoehenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn (Munich area), Germany. The selected candidate will be working with a team that monitors and manages the operational networks that deliver Trimble's unprecedented global real-time service CenterPoint RTX™, along with the well-established portfolio of regional Trimble VRS Now™ real-time services. These are subscription-based GNSS correction streaming services that are delivered from our server systems via internet or satellite broadcast and which enable our customers to do precise GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) positioning.
The selected candidate will monitor and operate high-availability systems in a highly motivated, international team of system operators located in Germany, Australia, and the United States. The hired person will be monitoring, operating and working as part of a 24x7x365 "Follow the Sun" network operations team in these three regional time zones - some days require strict working hours. Additionally the candidate will focus on building monitoring and automation based on metrics coming from the monitored services. Third focus for this position is keeping CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Station) infrastructure alive as a fundamental network for the services.
A limited amount of domestic and international travel will be required (Less than 10% of working time).
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and maintaining of real-time GNSS correction services
Develop new approach of monitoring and processes around monitoring the GNSS and IT Infrastructure
Monitoring and troubleshooting of the global CORS infrastructure (with main focus on Europe)
Provide 3rd level support to the Trimble Advanced Positioning customer care team. Give technical advice and answer general service questions.
