Extremely toxic workplace culture. Harassment is not only tolerated but encouraged “as long as you do your job”. Discrimination based on race, religion, sex, etc. no HR so the COO decides whether or not to pursue personnel issues and backs aggressors as long as thwy stay in his good graces
