Promote from within, great benefits, flexibilty in scheduling
Dirty, loud, uncomfortable at times.
Profit sharing/production goal bonuses.
Hourly people are friendly and respectful
Salary staff thinks they're better than everyone else. Salary staff tries to push more work on hourly employees without adding a little pay raise. They can do it themselves. Traffic manager thinks he's better than everyone else. He takes money under the table from some owner operators hall serton loads all the time. He pushes some responsibility on to some people in his department without adding a pay raise. Scene 2014 the respect for hourly people went down hill. Management is running the business now, not the owner. The bonuses given out are not equally. If you are not kiss up, you go nowhere at spectro
