It used to be a great company to work for. A change of management ( grandson took over) changed the whole work environment . Employees used to work there for over 20 years. Some over 40. They treated their employees with respect and paid well.
You look over your shoulders to see if you're the next victim. The management team is overpaid and under worked. Most have NO experience in a manufacturing environment. They over compensate for diversity. The production manager is a former secretary who flirted her way to the top. She has no clue.
