The Heart & Vascular RN Coordinator provides leadership as a member of the multidisciplinary team collaborating in the development, execution, and evaluation of their respective Heart and Vascular program.

Summary:

Baystate Franklin Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team at The Birthplace. This is a per diem opportunity for experienced RNs looking to provide high-quality care in a supportive, community-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and care teams to support healthy, safe births
Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and provide education and emotional support to families
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in maternal-child health nursing
Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts RN license (Required)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (Required, or obtained upon hire)
Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby, NICU, Postpartum, or Pediatrics

The Outpatient Nurse is responsible for:
