About the Role
As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing general building needs, client progress, coordination of outside visitations/assessments, and supervising Program Managers and Junior Program Managers. The Clinical Director does not oversee a caseload of learners, but plays an important role in ensuring effective service delivery, a positive working environment, and ongoing training of those they oversee.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

2 to 3 years management/supervision experience
Completely independent with ABA programming and implementing evidence based intervention strategies
Meets all expectations of SR PM position based on checklist attached

Summary:
The Support BCBA is a supplemental position that provides assistance in caseload management alongside an in-center BCBA in Training. The Support BCBA is not directly responsible for a caseload, but rather assists with providing supervision to clients and RBTs in the pod supported, as well as any others in the center as applicable. This role is full-time, fully remote, and all technology is provided by LAC.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Assist with providing supervision to RBTs via Microsoft Teams
Assist with billable hours by providing Telehealth services to clients via Microsoft Teams
Assist Junior Program Managers and Apprentice Students with caseload management
Complete all documentation of supervision and billable hours daily
Collaborate as needed with in-center clinicians regarding modifications to programs, protocols, training, etc. based on observations made within sessions
Stay abreast of current empirically validated studies
Attends and maintains all outside training certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.)
Follows all mandated reporter standards
Works effectively with all members of clinical team and demonstrations professionalism in the workplace

Overseeing a caseload of learners by creating, monitoring, and continuously evaluating individualized treatment and behavior intervention goals/plans, making modifications as needed

Basic & Physical Requirements of a Behavior Analyst:
Must be able to lift and carry clients who are least 30 pounds
Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures including kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending, for extended periods of time.
Must be able to walk and run to chase clients and maintain a three-foot distance at all times
Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to attend to basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing
Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection
Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication though computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
Must be able to take written data and transfer to electronic files or data base systems
Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk or on the floor
Must be able to assemble, clean and maintain therapy space including toys and furniture
Must be able to administer medication to clients
Job Requirements for a Behavior Analyst:
BCBA or BCBA-D Certification.
Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Basic & Physical Requirements of a Behavior Analyst:
MUST reside in Arizona and hold an active state license as a behavior analyst
Must be able to lift and carry clients who are least 30 pounds
Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior

Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director
Required to meet both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling an average of 25 billable hours per week

Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

As an Assistant Clinical Director, you will maintain a caseload of learners, while supporting the Clinical Director (CD) with daily tasks in the clinic. The ACD will stand in for the CD while they are out on PTO, maternity leave, or other scheduled appointments, so staff have an individual to report to for operational and clinical needs. The ACD will learn and be trained on center-specific responsibilities over time to develop skills to become a CD in the future.
