DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate a tractor trailer in a manner that reduces risk and liabilities. Load and secure heavy construction equipment and machinery onto the trailer for transport in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Accurately measure load dimensions and weight to ensure compliance with OS/OW permit requirements and State and Federal regulations. Perform and properly document pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer to ensure they are in a safe and legal condition.
