Maintain organization of all cartons and other packaging materials in warehouse
Coordinate shipments of empty Gaylord containers with the Shipping Supervisor
Ability to train junior employees on warehouse functions

The Medical tubing Supervisor will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the medical tubing operation during their shift of producing high-quality medical tubing products. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of operators, packers and material handlers, while partnering with the quality team to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. This skilled and detail-oriented role will be essential in ensuring the precision, high quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Functions:
Safety: Work safely, following all safety policies and proactively enforcing and participating in the safe work of others. Be a leading example of adherence to all internal safety procedures and policies to keep a clean and organized manufacturing environment.
Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleanroom staff, including Extrusion Operators, packers, material handlers and quality personnel.
Quality Management: Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with ISO 7 cleanroom protocols.
Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on cleanroom procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient production flow.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during production, including equipment malfunctions and quality concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including shift reports, quality control logs, and maintenance records.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, including health, good manufacturing practices, and safety standards.
Cleanroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to cleanroom protocols to prevent contamination.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of packaging materials and report and shortages to the procurement.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Associate degree in a related field preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 - 4 years of leadership experience desired. Cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and precision of work
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. English/ Spanish language is desired.
Intricate knowledge of computers, software applications (Microsoft office, ERP, etc)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift to 75 lbs. consistently and higher occasionally.
Ability to stand for extended periods
