Job Summary The Fulfillment Manager will oversee and coordinate all essential functions of the distribution center and warehouse staff. Condition shipments as required and update the proper milestones in Maestro Confirm pieces, weights and dimensions after each collection and enter them in Maestro Responsible for scanning, packaging, labeling In-bound shipments before tendering for final destination, either domestic or international shipping. Verification of shipments once processed ( 2 Step - verification Process). Post flight all departure to make sure shipments left on booked flight Attend to any Domestic/International "internal" quote requests To send pre-alerts to Marken office or agents concerned & Enter PODs in Maestro Gemba's to be completed daily KSMS to be completed every Monday Tackle CASS reports ensure while finalizing the MAWB the rates are in alignment as per the agreement If NOT push back to the airline and ensure shipment is rated correctly prior to shipment movement Pick up the phone before the 3rd ring FDA shipments to be plugged on the board ( joint effort/Export+ Transport). Responsible for performing other duties as required helping the Operations Team complete daily tasks. Any late pick up or miss flights must be brought to the Supervisor attention & Email CS Team of the irregularity. Qualification Requirements: * High School completion or equivalent. * 2 years of Air freight/ Freight forwarding experience is highly desirable. * Knowledge of Air Export regulations & AES filing * Cargo wise /DG experience desirable . * Experience with Imports recovery & Domestic transfers * Ability to multitask, good written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in using computers and software (ex.
