What You'll Do:
Deliver speech-language pathology services according to the physician's plan of care.
Evaluate patients using appropriate assessments for speech, hearing, and language disorders.
Assist the physician in developing and updating individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Monitor and document patient progress, and communicate changes to the physician and care team.
Educate patients, caregivers, and team members on speech therapy strategies and exercises.
Recommend further audiological testing when appropriate.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or related field (required)
Active Speech Therapist license in the state of Maryland (required)
Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in speech therapy (required)
Previous home health experience preferred
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance (required)

Minimum Qualifications:
Speech-language Pathologist
2 years minimum experience
Degree from an accredited school or program.
Current license issued by VA

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
Support licensed SLPs with therapy sessions in clinic, school, and community settings.
Assist with treatment planning, session preparation, and implementation of therapy activities.
Participate in client observations, progress tracking, and documentation.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote client success.
Gain exposure to a variety of communication disorders and evidence-based therapy approaches.
What We're Looking For:
GRADUATE STUDENT ONLY
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Seeking internship experience to fulfill academic or program requirements.
Strong interest in working with pediatric populations.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
A desire to learn and grow in a collaborative, supportive environment.

PRN Speech Pathologist - Outpatient/Main Campus - (250003AQ) Description Position Type: This is a "Pipeline" position for near future openings for PRN Level I, Level II, and Level III Speech Language Pathologist. Work Location: Main Hospital Campus - Outpatient Services Responsible for evaluating speech/language of children and providing remediation for children with communication disorders.
Qualifications Minimum Education Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required) Minimum Work ExperienceLevel 1 - 0 to 2 years of experience (Required) Level 2 - 4 to 6 years of experience (Required) Level 3 - 6 years of experience (Required) Required Skills/KnowledgeDemonstrated flexibility in the evaluation process.
