Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications: Licensure: Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered or eligibility to obtain such licensure. Certifications: Department of Education certification (if applicable), and any relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, CPI) as needed. Experience: Preferably one year of experience in speech therapy; clinical fellows or RPE candidates are welcome. Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check and TB clearance required. Must be eligible to work in the US. Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
