Recommends, designs, and/or implements augmentative methods of communication such as communication boards and mechanical devices when oral and/or aural communication is not possible. Serve as service coordinator/case manager ensuring the coordination of all aspects of FCESS programming as outlined in the Individual Family Support Plan (IFSP), and facilitate effective communication among all IFSP team members.
