Level II Finger printing background and Good Moral Character Affidavit must be initiated within 15 days of hire date and finalized within 90 days of hire date
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
2 years minimum of pediatric experience preferred.
FLASHA membership preferred.
Pediatric internship strongly preferred.
Certification of Clinical Competence by the ASHA or CFY candidate.
Ability to appropriately interact with patients, parents/guardians, and healthcare professionals in all work related situations.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Analytical ability necessary to evaluate patient condition, to interpret, analyze data, assess patient progress, and determine appropriate follow-up.
At least 2 years of experience necessary to treat infants (0-15 months) independently as determined by meeting departmental clinical competencies established for SpeechLanguage Pathology.

We are a nonprofit, so our clinicians will partake in research, grant projects and management as they grow within the organization.
We have contracts THROUHGOUT MIAMI DADE COUNTY and flexible hours.

Additional Information
We will offer full training as needed and support and mentorship leaderships. We are offering both full time and part time positions and can be hired as a consultant or employee with benefits. Graduate of a master's level program in SpeechLanguage Pathology which is accredited by Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements
Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in SpeechLanguage Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA

Must successfully complete 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum (or is in the process of accumulating such supervised clinical experience);
Performed not less than 9 months of supervised full-time SLP services after obtaining a master's or doctoral degree in SLP or a related field; and
Successfully completed an approved national examination in SLP
A minimum of one (1) year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology.
Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
