Hourly Rate Range: $49.00-$57.00 per hour
Responsibilities would include:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements.
Provide direct therapy services in individual, small group, and classroom settings.
Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension and expression, and social communication.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress in compliance with Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and IDEA guidelines.
Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and provide consultation as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) License.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, You will:
Communicate with patients to evaluate their levels of speech or language difficulty, determining the need for continued therapy services
Teach patients how to make sounds and improve their voices
Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language, to patients with little or no speech capability
Educate and guide healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers in specific aspects of therapeutic exercises to support continued progress outside of direct therapy sessions

Qualifications
