Responsibilities
* Responsible for giving direction to ensure that stores operating to all company standards including guest service, store look, promotional efforts, policy and procedure compliance, expense control and people development.
* Responsible for achieving districtsales plan including giving clear direction to ensure plan is met, controlling expenses, and meeting company shrinkage goals.
* Responsible for visiting each store personally to assess store manager's performance and give direction to maximize results.
* Complete special projects (store remodels, openings, closing, etc).

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for calling preset scheduled sales appointments of timeshare owners who have requested help in canceling their timeshare with Wesley Financial Group, LLC, and onboarding them as clients. This includes pricing our services, sending and reviewing our agreement, and getting the client set up for onboarding.
IMPORTANT: Every appointment is pre-qualified by our Qualification Specialists and placed directly on your calendar. Our fully staffed marketing team provides leads (currently more than 3,000/week) to ensure a constant flow of new appointments.
This is a closing job ONLY. No cold calling. No prospecting.
The ideal person for this job is a successful salesperson who has a track record of hitting sales targets and is extremely well organized, highly motivated, and has a positive attitude.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Call appointments in an efficient and timely manner
Ask questions to understand the prospect's situation with their timeshare and onboard them for our services
Explain the value and process of working with Wesley Financial Group, LLC
Input client information into Salesforce
Requirements:
Computer skills (Google Suite/Microsoft Office preferred)
2-3 years of sales experience (timeshare or phone sales preferred)
Salesforce experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to train in person at the Franklin, TN office, second week after hire
Must successfully pass the assessments after completion of training
Compensation:
Base pay
Uncapped commission with top 10% on pace to earn $260,550 - $306,157 in 2025

Sales:

Execute sales plans created within agreed-upon timelines from the customer or Cosentino Management.
Manage own sales budget and maintains discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Business Development
Promote the organization's products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
Actively represent and promote Cosentino to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events for ASID, IIDA & AIA along with other targeted associations.
Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms involved with new development or renovation work for existing building interiors and exteriors.
Account Management:
Maintain the accurate relationship, product placement & project details with updated developments within the project management database (Salesforce CRM).
Manage and communicate in a timely manner across all parties to ensure successful sales implementation of programs including updating sales collateral, product technical data, and information, samples, mockups, and proposals.
Coordinate with Cosentino Account Managers, business partners, fabricators, and installation contractors to ensure the successful realization of local project execution.
Business Intelligence:
Commit to continual learning and knowledge of Cosentino Surfacing Products, the proper application, and specification requirements along with the fabrication and installation process to ensure proper use and overall customer satisfaction.
Act as a facilitator and provides recommendations to senior management with key sales information as it relates to markets and regions.

Digital and e‑commerce coordination
Collaborate with the existing e‑commerce resource to list select discontinued Ciao Bella Tile lots on appropriate digital platforms, focusing on accuracy and clear value propositions.
Use inbound interest from digital channels as a lead source, steering qualified prospects toward larger or repeat-quantity purchases when possible.
Reporting and performance tracking
Provide weekly or biweekly updates on discontinued inventory sold under the Ciao Bella brand, revenue and margin generated, and pipeline of active opportunities.
Track effectiveness of cold outreach, warehouse-based events, and digital leads, and recommend adjustments to maximize sell-through of discontinued SKUs.
Qualifications
3+ years in inside sales, account management, or inventory-related roles; experience in tile, flooring, building materials, or distribution strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Required Skills
Proven success in outbound selling, including cold calling, lead generation, and closing B2B deals.
Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse environment and interacting directly with buyers during visits and events.
Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage a pipeline, maintain structured buyer and deal data, and run consistent follow-up.
Clear and professional communicator who can represent the Ciao Bella Tile brand while still moving volume on discontinued product.
Self-directed, persistent, and energized by building a book of liquidation business from discontinued inventory.

Pay range and compensation package
Base salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience in B2B sales and/or inventory-related roles in building materials or similar industries; may be structured appropriately for full-time or part-time employment. Full-time salary range: $50,000 - $70,000
Commission: Sales Commission in addition to base salary.
Location: Torrance, CA area - must be regularly on-site at the Torrance warehouse.
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer.

General Summary
As a successful BDM of Westlake Commercial (Commercial Division of Westlake Hardware), you will not only create incremental sales but will lead and motivate stores and their team members by example. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Facing
Pursue commercial sales to businesses and multifamily property management customers which present opportunities for growth as a commercial account. Opportunities will be identified in cooperation with the Director of Commercial Business, DistrictManager, Store General Managers, store personnel and market activities.
Focused attention on growing sales with existing established commercial / business accounts through relationship based sales techniques and tactics. Utilize reporting and in-store shopping habits / frequency to maximize sales growth opportunities among this customer group.
Within pre-determined guidelines the Business Development Manager will have the flexibility to establish special pricing, special orders and custom solutions as needed.
Target specifically defined new commercial customer opportunities which are relevant in the market and have proven to represent significant potential of successful growth.
In cooperation with local in-store teams, develop new and existing commercial accounts through a variety of marketing, events, promotions, personal visits and special selection of merchandise.
Participate in all local trade shows and attend client sponsored meetings.
Store Team Facing
Business Development Manager will act as a conduit between our commercial customers and other store team members including the stores General Manager and sales associates.
Coach, lead and train store team on best practices of business customer interaction and B2B fundamentals.
Assist stores team members in developing a B2B centric focus including developing a deeper relationship with new and existing commercial accounts.
Assist stores leadership in developing a culture which is supportive of commercial sales growth. Specifically, partnering with store GM and stores B2B Champion to instill an understanding of the why and how to implement recommended business to business best practices and weave the B2B strategy into the stores culture and daily operational practices.
Partner with store staff to ensure B2B product needs and customer demands are met in a prompt fashion.
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline (or 5+ years relevant work experience).
Deep understanding of retail operations, relationship sales skills, inventory management and business fundamentals.
