Ensure that no resident or their guest is over-served, and that no one under the age of 21 is served any form of alcoholic product. Arrange and maintain an attractive display for the bar area. Clean and maintain stemware, glassware, and bar station. Are familiar with the menu and a variety of wine and other pairings for each meal to answer resident questions.
