Spine Wave also offers anterior cervical plate systems that provide stabilization as an adjunct to spinal fusion from C2-C7 through anterior screw fixation; and cervical spacer systems to treat degenerative disc disease from C2-T1. It offers its products through distributors. John Pafford and Mark LoGuidice founded Spine Wave on February 1, 2001. It has its headquarters in Shelton in Connecticut.
