This position is responsible for packing rolled finished product to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.
2nd Shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am
Key Responsibilities:
Work safely utilizing a working knowledge of LOTO, PPE, and other safe work practices
Packing rolls of material after machined
Track and label finished products manually and electronically
Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and maintenance to resolve issues
Set priorities to match the importance of job assignments
Participate in continuous improvement projects and team
Physical Requirements:
Employees must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance. Standing up to 8+ hours a day, twisting, bending and squatting.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience:
Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
This role requires basic computer proficiencies, attention to detail, a desire to work in a collaborative team atmosphere, and the ability to perform duties with minimal direction.

Summary Provide various support to the overall facility maintenance including support for the production lines, installation, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, move & maintain a wide variety of production & related equipment, facilities equipment, buildings and systems. Second Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include the application of one or more craft skills, (i.e. mechanical, electrical, welding, pipe fitting & machining) to install, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, move & maintain a wide variety of production & related equipment, facilities equipment, buildings and systems.
Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains a wide variety of complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment and systems such as motors, pumps, piping systems, conveyor systems, furnaces, exhaust systems, chillers, boilers, extruders, chemical tanks, production machinery and instrumentation equipment.
Installs new machinery and equipment and moves machinery and equipment to affect layout changes as required.
Work may include operations, such as rigging, moving, erecting, aligning, and making necessary hook-ups, placing equipment in proper operating condition.
Performs preventative maintenance activities of all types, including the most critical types requiring extensive dismantling, re-assemble, and critical adjustment, lubrication, and/or calibration.
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong demonstrable knowledge of electronics, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, machining, and mechanical theory
Previous experience supporting an industrial fluid application facility preferable
Strong oral and written communication, excellent computer skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work requirements, and attention to detail are essential.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate, is required to stand for extended periods of time without sitting as well as stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, lifting or crawling.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Must provide hand tools and tool box.
Must have valid Forklift Operator's license or pass required training
Education and/or Experience
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
Preferred - Certification in electronics, electrical, HVAC, machining, and/or mechanical theory
3-5 years' experience in general production maintenance including craft skills (i.e., mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, and machining) to install, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, move, and maintain a wide variety of production and related equipment, facilities equipment, buildings, and systems at journeyman level.

The Cycle Counter is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory through daily cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, and root cause analysis. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production flow, and minimizing material shortages or excess. The Cycle Counter partners closely with Operations, Shipping/Receiving, Production, and Accounting to identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and help prevent future discrepancies. Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, scrap, and packaging across warehouse and production areas in accordance with Corporate Physical Inventory and Cycle Count policies.
Accurately document and reconcile inventory discrepancies, conducting detailed research to determine root causes.
Track, analyze, and trend cycle count results, sharing findings with management and accounting on a regular basis.
Lead and support corrective actions to address systemic inventory issues and prevent reoccurrence.
Monitor and analyze inventory transactions, including shipping, receiving, production usage, waste, scrap, returns, and internal material movements.
Verify accuracy of inventory adjustments and explain inventory record corrections as required.
Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) including forklifts and scissor lifts (certification required).
Utilize RF scanning equipment for inventory transactions and counts; assist with training team members as needed.
Support annual physical inventory and audit activities.
Maintain organized and accurate electronic and written records.
Collaborate respectfully and professionally with all departments to resolve inventory issues.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education
