Following his relocation to San Diego, CA, Roger joined The Travel Company as a Sales Coach in 1996.
In 2004, Roger joined Hilton Worldwide and developed high performance teams providing results for multiple Hilton Full-service brands in urban and resort destinations, in the US and internationally.
In 2011, Goldman Sachs sold the business.
In 2012, because of his commitment to deliver optimal performance he was recognized with the prestigious Hilton Worldwide Circle of Excellence – Director of Sales of the Year Award for United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown in June 2016, he found his niche and a new love for the industry while quickly moving up the ranks from Concierge to PBX Operator, Marketing
With the explosive growth of Pillar Hotels & Resorts under Chris’ leadership, he and his partners went on to sell the brand to Aimbridge Hospitality in 2016.
Since joining DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown, he became Hilton’s Top Interactive Team Member for 2017 and won a Hilton Travel with Purpose Grant to help with the property’s Humanitarian efforts around Nashville.
Prior to joining SPIRE in 2018, Chris gained invaluable experience growing hotel management companies from the ground up.
Dustin joined StepStone Hospitality in April 2019, shortly after assisting with a successful rooms and meeting space renovation marketing campaign at their Downtown Nashville DoubleTree by Hilton property.
