Sometimes the hours can be a killer. Management can be a little a little over the top with what they want but it's not always them your employees make work longer then what its supposed to be.
The results of our work, a fod free no repairs and no errors or damage to the product (air plane parts).
They set a goal on demand. They are not strict just want the product done promptly and correct the first FOD FREE..
Always keep the employee happy and treated well. Don't overwork your best workers. Have like 2-3 fun days in a month to keep families engaged to what job there love ones are doing.
By staying calm and open-minded. And just simply be me.
In my experience, it is very well over the average then most companies in and around that AeroSystems.
The demographics within the organization is a great and well-organized.
Personally, when everyone is on the same page and we get what done of us.
Paycheck. The salary was a carry-over from Boeing. Also got to work together with some really, really awesome people.
Belligerent management, forced shift rotation (salaried position), mandatory overtime, performance management reviews (and that was literally intolerable. Never minded Boeing reviews), forced totem ranking quotas. Retired after 31 years as was unceremoniously walked out.
As a Boeing retiree who was carried over on day one, there really was nothing except a paycheck and vacation time.
Diversity regarding exposure to experiences, knowledge, skills, and leading technologies and future of organizational structures and processes.
Politics and hidden agendas. More of a personal experience with various individuals but I would rather focus on growing in my work life and building the company up than waste time on politics that do not benefit the company or myself.
High pay and advancement.

Safety and quality are paramount until they get in the way of production and making the numbers. Then quality and safety go out the window. Do not enjoy massive amounts of forced or mandatory overtime. Union contract is practically worthless here.

The pay here is excellent and there are many opportunities for advancement
Paid time off, it is based on hours actually worked so I am able to control the amount of PTO I receive
