Reaching out with Intensive In-Home Family Services (2-3 times per week per case) and collaborating with community agencies with mental health services to children who are at-risk and their families. Your services will be primarily in families homes, and at times in the community and schools.

Scheduling. Your service will focus on helping the family and child, often during non-traditional hours when your clients are available after school hours and evenings. Documenting. Like all agencies, documenting of case notes and billable hours is required.
Billing. Full-time staff provide 109 client hours per month out of the 173 working hours available in a month (40 hours x 4.3 actual weeks per month). The average client hours are 26-28 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensure Candidate:
Completed master's degree and working toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP). We provide licensure supervision.
Licensed Therapist:
Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).
EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated ability to work with children and families experiencing mental health issues in a direct care role.

GENERAL JOB STATEMENT The Animal Production Specialist is responsible for assisting with the daily aspects of animal care in assigned areas of production that could include sow farms-farrowing and gestation, nurseries, and finishers. Responsibilities assigned would be related to sow and piglet care, daily care of wean pigs, wean pig placement, vaccination program, nutrition, and record keeping.
WAGES / WORK SCHEDULE / BENEFITS
Wages starting at $15 per hour.
Full time, day shift hours, Monday - Friday, with rotating weekends.
Full-time positions include a flexible benefit benefit package.
Benefit package offerings include health, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability insurance, 401K, PTO, and Paid Holidays beginning on first of the month following 60 days of employment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Animal Breeding, or Animal Husbandry or other acceptable degree in a related field of study and two years related experience or training.

Position Purpose: In an outpatient setting, the Mental Health Therapist provides mental health counseling and supports to adult clients and their families to achieve rehabilitative, resiliency and recovery goals. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of mental health services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Job Requirements:
Master's Degree in psychology, mental health counseling, social work, or other related field.
Licensed as a LMSW/LISW, tLMHC/LMHC or LMHFT.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated education, training or experience in the mental health services.
Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed.
Skilled at conducting mental health assessments, treatment plan development and documenting progress.
Skilled in conducting individual, family, group counseling, and case management.
Excellent organizational and computer skills.
Self-Starter with ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, families, staff or community resources.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Work hours prescribed by and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
2. Ability to motivate and problem solve with staff regarding effective clinical practices.
3. Ability to be self-motived, seek improved performance, problem solving while meeting the complex needs of the clients and their families.
4. Skills to adapt verbal and written communication to the language and style of the client and their family.
5. Complete all necessary documentation with in the appropriate time lines.
6. Oversee primary case management for designated clients.
7. Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family members.
8. Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
9. Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, process, and discharge plans).
10. Ability to work with a team to coordinate services from a variety of community resources.
11. Utilize a variety of treatment concepts, evidence based practices and service modalities when providing care.
12. Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups as needed.
13. Be familiar with court proceedings and available to make court appearances on behalf of Rosecrance clients.
14. Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
15. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Ethics and within the framework of the law.
16. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
17. Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
18. Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.
