Low pay, condescending management, no growth opportunities, empty promises, lack of communication, and insincere management. Refusal to attempt any understanding of implementing projects/programs and the benefits to the company. No appreciation of employee's capabilities and improvements created. The time, effort and ideas given by qualified employees are discouraged because the company culture is so set in it's way.
