Compensation package includes a salary aligned with experience, staring at $48,000, on top of commission and bonus incentives. Risk Assessment: Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Client Education: Provide personalized service by addressing questions and concerns promptly. Collaboration: Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements. Policy Management: Manage customer policy renewals and maintain accurate documentation related to insurance polices. . Requirements Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance (active status). Prior insurance experience, ideally in Personal Lines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new technology. Must be self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.
