Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.

SUMMARY
Performs protective service work and human support service work in the courtrooms, jail and field.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Maintains care and custody of inmates
Processes inmates into custody of correctional institution, conducts searches of prisoners and inventories personal property, provides clothing, bedding, eating utensils and provides inmate orientation
Ensures security of courtrooms prior to and during court sessions
Serves and executes all processes issued from General District court, Circuit Court and Juvenile Court, including out-of-state processes requiring personal service
Conducts periodic security checks of inmates in living areas within the jail and court facilities

The successful candidate would carry a caseload of 10 to 14 children and meets with each child at least monthly. Works with families and collateral agencies to assess the needs of children in foster care. Develops, implements and monitors plans to meet needs and establish permanency plans. * Maintain a safe and secure area by maintaining and enforcing facility rules, policies, and procedures.
* Fills out hourly and bi hourly pool maintenance checklists and sheets.
* Serves as Head Lifeguard during the absence of the Head Lifeguard.
* Attends monthly staff meetings and in-service trainings.
* Remains current with required certifications and Ellis lifeguarding license.
Education
Required: Possess an Ellis and Associates lifeguarding license (Licensing course is available at Green Ridge Recreation Center)
Experience
Preferred: One year or more of lifeguarding experience

Additional Requirements
Must be age sixteen (16) or older. Subject to a complete criminal history and Child Protective Services background search with acceptable results. Good physical condition. Following a conditional offer of employment, must pass a post offer physical examination or test. Must be able to perform the job as described in the Physical and Environmental Demands section of this job description. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.
