Most of your coworkers are nice
The head of operations has bouts of power tripping. He gives vague tasks and when you ask questions you’re made to feel stupid for asking. Don’t work hard here because you’re rewarded with more work for not increased pay.
The only reward is working with kids. Other places have this benefit.
Did not know my ceo. Other members of leadership seem nice. I only had experience with the operations lead.
I’d pay more. It’s easier for people to be happy at work when they can afford a house payment.
They’re desperate because their turn over rate is high. Just be a kind person.
They’re trans friendly.

It’s low. You’re expected to have a high understanding of things with nearly no training and base pay.
