David Zalik, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer founded GreenSky in 2006. Mr. Zalik works intimately with the Company’s product development team to drive innovation and strengthen GreenSky’s value proposition to its growing ecosystem of merchants, consumers and bank partners. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Zalik built his first company, MicroTech Information Systems, at the age of fourteen while attending college at Auburn University. Prior to launching GreenSky, Mr. Zalik founded and successfully operated companies in the technology automation, real estate, and e-commerce sectors. Mr. Zalik was the recipient of the 2016 Ernst & Young National Financial Services Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Businessweek, and Forbes. Mr. Zalik has served on the boards of a number of closely-held companies, along with select not-for-profit organizations in the metro Atlanta area.

Bill joined Hyland in 1997 as Vice President of Marketing. He became Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2001, Chief Operating Officer in 2005, and CEO in January 2013. Prior to joining Hyland, Bill worked at FedEx Corporation and at AST Research, a personal computer manufacturer. Bill received a master’s degree in Marketing from Northwestern University and undergraduate degrees from Boston College. He was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. While he has lived elsewhere and travels extensively, he is happy and proud to call the Cleveland area home. Bill serves on the boards of John Carroll University, Business Volunteers Unlimited, and Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education.
