Michael Daly is a Co-Founder & CTO at Spokeo and is based in Pasadena, California. He has worked as Web Applications Engineer at BOEING CO, Lead Software Architect at Stanford Student Enterprises, and Software Engineer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Michael attended Stanford University between 2000 and 2004.

Eric Liang is a Co-Founder at Spokeo and Founder, Chief Information Officer at Spokeo and is based in Pasadena, California. He studied at Stanford University between 2004 and 2005 and Stanford University between 2000 and 2004.

Jason has been Spokeo's Chief Legal Officer since 2015. Jason has been providing strategic legal and business counsel to public and privately-held software and data companies for more than 15 years. He is well versed in handling business and legal issues, including complex software and data licensing transactions, data privacy and security, and regulatory compliance. He has been a key member of management teams that have led multiple, successful strategic exits, including at Seisint and Appriss . Jason earned a B.A. at the University of Miami and his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University.

Victor has been with Spokeo since 2012. Victor has held several Marketing roles with increasing responsibilities. He leads all digital customer acquisition and retention programs (including SEM and paid social advertising) and manages brand marketing initiatives.

Victor earned his B.S. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.

Kim has been VP of Data Operations at Spokeo since 2017. She is responsible for data sourcing, data validation and data integrity.

Kim has held several senior positions at leading data companies, including LexisNexis and Seisint (eventually acquired by LexisNexis). She has extensive experience managing the acquisition, integration, governance and delivery of big data that fuel world class products.

Kim earned her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida.
