Prior to Lulu he served as VP of Operations at Prosoft, a training company, and as CEO of the Chapel Hill Group, an Internet education and strategy group. He has a BA from Cornell University.

Brad Schomber is the CFO of Diveplane Corporation, a machine learning company. Prior to joining Diveplane, Brad was the CFO of MaxPoint Interactive, an advertising technology company. While there, he helped lead the company through its IPO and eventual sale to MacAndrews & Forbes. Previously, Brad was Chief Accounting Officer at ChannelAdvisor, an e-commerce software company, where he helped guide the company through its IPO. Brad also worked in public accounting for over 10 years. Brad is a CPA and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University.
