Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic with a variety of sports medicine conditions. What you'll do: Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, review patients' functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs. Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes· Document patient care services via EMR Prompt utilizing AI scribing with Prediction Health Sidekick for faster, easier and more compliant documentation About You Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program. Licensed or eligible for state licensure. Passionate about delivering exceptional, evidence-based patient care. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building connections with a diverse patient population.
